Senior Customer Service - Logistics & Operation
Reporting To : Deputy General Manager

Job Responsibilities :

  • Plan, revise, organize, communicate the annual and quarterly training schedules
  • Monitor the training registration and coordinate with both customers and SAP Thailand for any class confirmations, cancellations and postponements on a weekly basis
  • Perform the profitability analysis on each SAP training classes to meet the defined target margin and minimum of number of registrations
  • Search for the SAP trainers and negotiate and confirm detailed terms and conditions especially for the quality measurement policy
  • Monitor the training delivery performance and feedback from participants on a timely basis and prepare the resolution to the management if any issues arise
  • Supervise and monitor the team members for all day to day operational work and specific assignments to reach the target deadline
  • Review and summarize the training revenue forecast on a weekly basis and identify the opportunities to reach the monthly revenue target
  • Prepare/Review the invoices and summarize the actual training revenue on a weekly /monthly basis and other operational and management reports
  • Monitor and supervise the team to ensure that
    • the training environment, all facilities are in a ready, workable mode and clean conditions
    • the customer/contact information database are up-to-date at all times
    • the course schedules, confirmation, cancellation and postponement are communicated to all customers on a timely basis
    • the future training requirements for each customer are fully captured and recorded into the system for future follow ups
    • the overall training system administration is fully and updated on a timely basis to reflect the current and up-to-date status
    • the training rooms identification and confirmation are properly optimized and done before the class commencement
    • the training materials and system for participants and instructor are properly prepared with all necessary system setup and access
    • the participants attendant sheet, certificate of attendance and training evaluation form are given to the participants on a timely basis
    • the training refreshment (coffee break) and amenities arrangement are properly and completely arranged
    • the training enquiries from customers, the request for quotation (RFQ) are being closely followed up with a responsive manner
    • the smooth coordination and prompt support to SAP Thailand?s training team in any matters
    • the training summary record for each customer or any special terms and exceptional conditions are being recorded on a timely basis
    • the payment from customers and SAP are promptly and fully made
  • Help identify the potential leads for training and follow ups
  • Perform a regular team and individual appraisal (skill assessment) and prepare the development plan if any
  • Prepare suggestions and initiatives for any improvement in reaching a higher level of standards and practices
  • Responsible for any other ad-hoc assignments relation to the training business as they deem necessary

Qualifications:

  • Female or Male, age not over 35
  • Bachelor?s/Master?s Degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • Experience in operating any ERP Application Training is preferable
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience and very matured
  • Pro-active, energetic, dynamic, self-motivated, self development and able to work under pressure
  • Customer/Service oriented with good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Strong and proven in supervising 3 - 4 members
  • Good management skills, communication skills, problem solving skills and human relationship
  • Computer literacy and ability to use Microsoft Office Program i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, MS Access

Qualifications/ Requirements:
? Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
? Minimum 1 year working experience in programming and development program
