New Package Offerings

• The "Package Offerings" shall be applicable for both Standard, Customized and Academy Classes only.
• A full payment must be made to SAP Thailand after receiving SAP invoice and prior to the first course commencement.
• The standard classes are conducted at Piyathana’s training premises while the customized classes are conducted at either client’s premises (within Bangkok) or Piyathana’s training premises. If the training is required to be delivered at other locations besides Bangkok province, the client is responsible for all transportation, accommodation and allowance arrangement
• The package is valid for the authorized SAP training courses to be delivered by Piyathana such as SAP Overview, mySAP Solution Overview, Financials, Logistics, Human Resources, ABAP, Basis, Netweaver, Business Integration technology, Solution Manager, Enterprise Portal, New Dimensional Products except the functional academy courses.
• A training summary record will be prepared and submitted to the client on a timely basis for reconciliation and confirmation for the used and remaining balance amount.
• Any unused balance amount when it reaches the expiration period shall not be refunded or redeemed in any cases unless the formal written agreement and confirmation on the extension has been granted by SAP Thailand or Piyathana Co., Ltd. due to the course cancellation (s) by SAP Thailand and Piyathana Co.,Ltd.
• If the client wishes to apply the bought package for its subsidiaries, the full list of the company names must be given and defined in the agreement/quotation as well as only one designated company name is responsible for all registration process.
• The maximum number of participants per class will be strictly not more than 20. This is for more training efficiency and effectiveness.
